Small snippet of a #drybeer post today. I’m taking my time touching up these #photos of #motorcycles from yesterday and wanted to share a set early. This bike is a bit mysterious. The plaque beneath it just refers to it as a 1975 Harley-Davidson Ultra Custom, but there are no other details than the engine and there’s no entry I could find searching their online item collection database. Last time I was here I didn’t really get a decent photo of this one. The result this time turned out better, though I might try again. There is some tricky lighting in that spot, some natural and some artificial, and I felt like I was making compromises with shutter speed and ISO once again. I had to try though, and I think the close up shot of the side is an improvement on what I managed during the first visit.

I’ll have to make another trip before I have enough to resume #thebikeseries proper. That said in this section alone, which features Choppers and Art Customs, I ended up with enough shots to keep me in affinity photo for a good while, so more is on the way.

@slash I have never seen an engine head like that. Those are great pictures.
