So I officially hit my first diet milestone today of 10 lbs lost!

I've lost a total of 10.3 lbs in 9 days so I'm killing it. My intake is about 1200 to 1500 calories a day right now.

@freemo congrats! When I was on a diet (for the opposite purpose -gaining weight) I used a lot myfitnesspal to count my calories. It was a life saver

@venlafaxino I've been eating so little its been easy to count it in my head.. I eat a bagel for lunch with some cheese and a cheeseburger on a bagel for dinner.

Not the healthiest I know but for now im worried about calories. As my diet progresses ill throw in some healthier food, but so far its working.
