If a political Party controls an aspect/function/pillar of government through its elected members but its ethos and activities are intended to undermine the other aspects/functions/pillars of government, such that the government as an encompassing whole is unable to properly function, then does it retain any right to be involved in government?
Is not refusing to act in the public interest a form of sedition?
