Remember guys, #Bitcoin is nothing more than a shitcoin, the king of all shitcoins.
It's a decentrilized ponzi designed to steal money from poor suckers :
No, Bitcoin is just a currency, and like any other currency it can be used for Ponzi schemes, but to say that Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme is just as wrong as saying dollars are a Ponzi scheme merely because Ponzi schemers can use them for that.
It's misunderstanding what Bitcoin is.
@volkris This is definitely not a currency. This is a decentralized casino with a market rigged by big whales. It steals the poor with pump & dump scheme.
Well, based on what do you claim it's not a currency?
I mean, people use it just like any other currency, so how do you base your claim that it's not one?
@volkris When was the last time you bought your groceries or paid a bill directly Bitcoin ?
@FranckLeroy @volkris last week (yummie honey), but I get your point and also see that adoption is lacking.
But that is also because our currencies aren’t shit. Look at all those poor souls in Turkey, Lebanon, Venezuela, Nigeria - that’s why Bitcoin is around. It wasn’t meant as gambling tool for the rich (:
And still it can finde a niche here. Helped me to donate quick and easy to Ukraine when the war startet - to give an example!
See this is the problem. You get people saying nobody transacts in Bitcoin, which is really news to all of the people who transact in Bitcoin.
Yes, Bitcoin is used as currency.
So many people making these huge arguments that rely on the counterfactual are just wrong.
