What is even more infuriating about Justice Alito's complaints about criticism of the Court is that he and other conservative Justices questioned whether our society had become "too sensitive" when considering whether the First Amendment is a defense to cyber-stalking.

Keep in mind that there are different rules for individuals than for governments.
We put constraints on government because it has so much power and so much ability to abuse that power.

Well they are apples and oranges, but I'd say it is pretty bad for government to have unrestrained ability to use its power against its citizens.
@volkris @gdinwiddie We place limits on constitutional rights all the time. The First Amendment does not protect all speech. The Fourth Amendment does not protect you from all searches. When abortion was a constitutional right, it could be prohibited after 20 weeks. It stands to reason that there should be some limitations on the Second Amendment. Yet it is discussed as an all or nothing proposition. We need to shift the conversation if we want to increase public safety.
Who is discussing the second amendment as an all or nothing matter?
I generally hear even gun rights activists describing it as a balancing act and not all or nothing, and that's from the people with the most incentive to frame it that way.
I'm really not sure what conversation you're listening to, but it's very very different from the one I'm hearing.
