Plus, there is really no need for an amendment to protect women's right to choose because of the 10th amendment protections for common laws prior to our constitution getting ratified.

The problem is that the Federalist Society has corrupted our SCOTUS and that can only be remedied by voting out Republicans so somehow we've got to reduce voter apathy.
