Not much into #Politics, I'm not sure how #Trump expects his allies in #Congress to defend him as he faces multiple trials. They can criticize here and there, but as the process plays out and Trump is found guilty by juries of Americans and judges he appointed, I don't see that any political defense will be left for him.

Oh, they're already pointing out that the jury pools will be biased against him, which is not entirely untrue.
They also simply claim that the juries reached the wrong verdicts, as happens in other high profile cases from OJ through, heck, the Senate's trying of Trump's impeachments.
