Judge upholds Tesla arbitration agreement that drivers called “unconscionable”
Lawsuit said Tesla and Elon Musk falsely marketed cars as self-driving.
@arstechnica I cannot feel sorry for any of these car owners. They believed Musk when all available evidence is that he's nothing but a scammer.

This wasn't about the cars themselves but about whether the drivers could get out of the arbitration agreement that they'd agreed to.
The question about marketing will now be resolved through arbitration, as per the agreement.
@volkris Yeah, I'm clear about that. My remarks were in a general nature with respect to people stupid enough to believe anything that comes out of the marketing division of the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation, or Tesla - with or without reading the fine print.
