I absolutely detest such comments. These people work for a living. It's hard work, too, yet they barely scrape by because they're told they're not worth a livable wage.
It's disgusting. Stop treating workers poorly. Appreciate them instead.

@adrianmorales I'd object to equating worth to a paycheck.
I'd say a person is worth more than their job, than their bank account, or how much they're paid for what they contribute to a business.
I think we should really watch out for promoting that connection.
@volkris Oh, I agree 💯 %. It's just that we're living in a crappy capitalist society. People need money to live. I want to make that very clear. It's the only language these greedy capitalists understand; otherwise, employees will be stuck forever with ping-pong tables and gym subscriptions.
