So, #ElonMusk blew up another #starship rocket. Worryingly, after the first stage.... disassembled.... itself, #SpaceX lost all control and telemetry of the second stage, and it's unclear if the automatic abort / termination system kicked in or not, so it might well have been flying with zero control or instrumentation, and no means of terminating the flight.

No information yet on impact of the launch on #BocaChica wetland life. I'm skeptical any meaningful measures have been taken in this regard, but at least the dead rocket didn't smack directly into the refuge... which, ya know... small mercies and all that.

The sooner this whole apartheid penis waving shitshow comes to a close, the better.
