The 14th amendment's insurrectionist clause says anyone who "shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion" against the US is ineligible to be President.

What the Colorado SC didn't bother to prove under any rules of evidence is whether or not Trump did that. Leftists seem to take it as an axiom. I believe the evidence does not support that conclusion, and that any honest court would agree with me.

What remains to be seen is whether we have any honest courts remaining in this country.

@SirBemrose it's important to recognize that the 14th amendment doesn't say anyone. It instead limits its exclusion in ways that could be pretty substantial in this case.
