#scotus will likely go against the Constitution and allow #tfg to be in ballots. My guess is that purple state #Maine voters will get really pissed by this and will tilt the state towards Biden in the election. #uspol

The Constitution says nothing about who gets to be in ballots.

So not only does lack authority to make that determination, but it wouldn't be in the constitution either way any way.
