- Illegal to be unhoused, even if you're sleeping in your car or on a sidewalk away from property
- Expansion of the Stand Your Ground laws shall make deadly force towards unhoused folks, legal
- Cops have the right to commit anyone to a psychiatric care facility, regardless of consent
- All unhoused folks must live away from society, on what shall be city designated communes

@0batty_bat0 I think this is a link to the bill, and the articles aren't really a capturing what the legislation would change.

In particular it requires that force or threat of force be part of the defense for responding with deadly force.

That goes beyond merely being unhoused.
