I'm notoriously pants at predicting the future, but here's one thing I absolutely believe will come to pass: some time shortly after November 5th 2024, #Musk will seek to offload #Twitter.
I could see it sticking around past January 2025 to see in the inauguration and any political aftermath a la #Jan6th, but I reckon some time in mid-to-late 2025 we'll hear about him looking to sell.
Pinning this for future acknowledgement of my genius/idiocy.

@rhys one thing to keep in mind is that Musk didn't directly buy, and doesn't own, Twitter. He needed financing and other backers to raise the cash to buy it.
So now it's owned by a series of corporations that Musk holds stake in.
The point is that offloading Twitter can be kind of under the radar as he quietly lowers his own stake in the company, more turning a dial than flipping a switch.
