The foundation of the case against Mifepristone access in the US just collapsed, making Judge Kacsmaryk look like an insane rogue asshole once again.
The entire case sat on a set of studies that were just retracted in their entirety from the journal that published them for undisclosed conflicts of interest and misleading use of data by the authors.
It’ll take righties a minute, there’s reading involved, but they will be furious when they catch on.

This was a case about regulatory process, not about data.
The administration is required by law to follow certain procedures, which it didn't follow. THAT is what the judge is judging.
The administration might have rejected misleading studies in the course of following the legal process, but regardless, that's not the question before the court.
