#SpecialCounsel #JackSmith formally filed notice on Wed that he will appeal Judge #AileenCannon’s decision to dismiss #Trump’s 40-count indictment for allegedly mishandling #ClassifiedDocuments & obstructing efforts to retrieve them.
The appeal… is expected to land in the coming weeks in the Court of Appeals for the #11thCircuit….
…Whatever the 11th Circuit decides in the Trump case could then be appealed to the #SCOTUS.

@Nonilex I believe this was a coordinated plan between the rogue SCOTUS & Judge Cannon. You can bet that whatever the 11th circuit decides, when it gets to SCOTUS, they will rule in Trump’s favor. Now whether the rogue SCOTUS justices have a majority is another matter. Thomas is certainly one of the rogue justices & possibly Alito, but how many others?
@Fenix keep in mind that it was pointed out long before Supreme Court ruling that the special counsel was illegally appointed.
It's not a coordinated plan. It's just following the law.
Biden acted illegally. We need to hold Biden accountable for that, and the Democrats need to appoint someone different to run for president after his failures.
