The Chevon ruling gives the Dems the perfect opportunity to double the size and pack the courts! Because #SCOTUS ruled only the courts can be the arbiter, so in order to have a quick fair resolution we must double the judiciary including the supreme court.
@iag2u if you double the Supreme Court then things would take LONGER to resolve as that means more justices trading more briefs back and forth to come to consensus.
@volkris It would work like the lower appeals courts. Split the court in 2 with 9 justices hearing cases randomly assigned. So in theory they could handle 2x the case load. Could also have an appeal to the full court, but it would be a high bar for review.
