It might be controversial to say this, but I don't think #ICE itself and the individuals who make it up are the biggest problem: the biggest problem is the way #SCOTUS has completely gutted the 4th Amendment, thus giving ICE power that all other law enforcement agencies don't (and shouldn't) have. I'm not sure what happened to Habaes Corpus, but ICE ought to be held to that, too.
