5 p.m. came and went without anything from #SCOTUS on mifepristone. That means that Justice Alito’s administrative stay has technically expired, and that the Fifth Circuit’s ruling is back in effect. I still think we’ll hear something from the Court soon, but letting the stay expire is a bad look.

Seems like getting back to normal order without major missteps being papered over by emergency orders from the court.
This is for either of the other branches to fix. The Court needs to stay out of it.
