Though I do love chess-based variations. Khet, for example. Or Raindrop Chess.
@wood Have them search out and dissect conspiracy theories. Not only is it a great (though convoluted) way of learning logic (or rather, dyslogic), but you also learn a lot of history in the process.
@neglesaks they are young for that now but I think that would be fun someday. Also I'm sure they will roll their eyes so hard when I want to watch The X-Files with them. 😂
@wood I always disliked chess when I was young (my older sister would always win :P) but I absolutely liked checkers, that was fun and sorta chaotic!
