Sometimes the internet really comes through. I am just thrilled by the #clojure response to my call for resources about the dynamic vs static types debate, its intelligence and lack of toxic criticizing or dismissing.

Dynamic types: where is the discussion?

There is a sense of fatigue whenever the dynamic vs static type discussion is brought up online, and often a statement “This has already been well-discussed elsewhere.” I don’t want to discuss it further on this thread – I just want to know where exactly is elsewhere. Alternatively, what links are favorites for discussing the value of dynamic types vs the onslaught of TypeScript, Haskell, and the rest of the pro-typing world?
