Second attempt at stabilizing `core::task::ready!`; last time it was reverted after the FCP had been accepted and the stabilization PR was merged. Let's see if it sticks this time around!
If it all goes well it should land on Rust 1.64 / September 22nd.
Also rust-lang/rust is creeping awfully close to issue number 100.000. That's... a lot of issues and PRs filed! Just a few more days to go I think?
