First baking of the year - vegan chocolate brownies with aquafaba and sourdough discard.

There was 25% more aquafaba from the tin than the recipe called for, so I increased everything else by 25%. Result? It took slightly longer to cook, but absolutely gorgeous! Sticky and fudgey on the inside and crisp on the outside.

Now there is an idea, edible science :) It works with Donuts representing the event horizon and curvature of space time in a black hole. Study then eat, as studying makes one need food.
