Every day provides a new reason (same as the old reason) to disband the Met Police and replace it with something better (like they did with the RUC).

While I agree, unless there is a way to do a full recruitment drive that filters out all the bad officers, we could end up in the same situation again.
Even the security guards at the Brixton O2 place took bribes. The whole system seems to have issues.
