I don't have much experience of this sort of thing, but run through the talk / slides, make notes on timings so you are really prepared as you would with an inperson talk.
I am not sure what is easer, in person where people can see you, or online where people can see just your head (maybe) in front of the camera.
You can do this, be positive.
