Do you think there are any truly credible sources of news and information?

I feel like anymore when I read something, I need to do further research, and find second or third sources for verification. So many headlines are click bait half truths, hyperbole, or just full on lies and don't get me started
on YouTube "News".

I feel the same way, every time the BBC mention HAMAS it is suffixed by "designated a terrorist group by the UK government" while this is the case, it probably effects how the news is reported. Don't get me started on the uK daily mail, they are totally behind Isreal, they reported the story from one of the hostages who was released, it will be interesting how the reports from the BBC of treatment of Palestinians seen today, possible reports of torture, cigarette burns and the IDF maintaining their soldiers follow international law.

While the latter may be the case, there is always room for some rogue incident or element to over step the mark. There is a lot of anger and hatred, so the desire for revenge beyond the operational remit, is going to be there.

None of that can justify actions however.

Being impartial is very difficult in these situations, esp as when as I have said before there is a need for instant updates leaving little time to establish proper facts before reporting, so perhaps this is the main issue.
