I remember when i first started programming I was told very explicitly not to go copy-pasting code into my program and instead to learn what the code is doing and implement it for the task at hand.
But now people are telling new programmers to pop “#AI generated” code in their programs. Software is only going to get worse this way.

I agree, with that and I am not that good a programmer, sure for some code you can copy paste, people still need to understand how the code works,
lazy programmers are going to be a real problem going forward.
