Does anyone else feel we need to rephrase all the current warnings - re: Covid, Climate change etc to a perspective of what we could gain rather than what we will lose?
Rather than talk about the dangers of Long Covid on the economy, talk about the positives of clean air and better public health on the population & economy.

I believe most people have now turned off warnings, I don't think they hear them and those who are listening hear too many warnings and no actions to address them - it is depressing news.

But I see more people trying to figure out their health and get healthier - we need to start taking small steps. Just educate people to wear a mask on public transport and explain the dangers of poorly ventilated spaces.

Small possible steps on a large population will result will big improvements.

More carrots less stick right now.

Good point, people get desensitised to things, and associate say CO_2 (lets add CH_4) emissions contribute to climate change.

So if we take car / bus emissions people are told the same thing, so you are correct if we change that to use cars less (generally) replace buses with electric or Hydrogen buses and benefit from clean air when YOU go out, the consequence is about them, most people in the UK will have seen about the fires in Greece or the US, and think that is 1000s of miles away, if the benefit is their regular outdoor route, it is personal to them and their family.
