my polish bank is like: okay here's the website and UI and actual support line in Polish, English and Ukrainian (most likely will speak Russian too)
biggest french banks: no English website at all, AT BEST "this English website is just an ad, all important things are in French" kind of EN version

Last time we were in France on Holiday, the ATM machines were in French, English, German and perhaps Italian. Certainly more than one language.
