They broke into an air base and spray painted planes, I think the fact that base should have been secure enough to prevent this. Was it due to either budget cuts or incompetence is more of the motivation behind this.
No one seems to have asked why this happened, where was the security, how did they get to any aircraft on the site, very embarassing (but no one is surprised)
