How can we address all the mis/dis information out there. Until we also solve that I fear we won't change anything as people won't realise how serious the situation is.

It's a huge challenge, and it often feels like we're losing ground. At the very least, I think we should call out mis/disinformation whenever we see it online or in print, or encounter it in person.

The real power to shut it down lies with the government -- for instance, Trudeau's perfectly reasonable anti-greenwashing law which the O&G industry hates so much. Pushing political candidates to enact & enforce laws like that is another challenge all its own.

The Conservative opposition have said that if they regain power they will open up the North sea oil and gas reserves. They just don't get it. I don't think the current Labour party are doing a good job either, lots of people against Net Zero, it can work, just need to make it work but also make it so it actually reduces energy bills for the general population who are still feeing the effects of high prices, higher taxes and other measures Rachael Reeves as implemented.

Mean while our climate is just getting hotter each year.
