This petition was posted (well the url) to the dailyfail comments, I am sitting here watching teh screen and every so often the count shoots up by about 100, I would guess every 30 seconds.
I am not sure if these are 'actual' signings or just bots doing that, granted the count may auto re-fresh every 30 seconds or so, but it just interesting to watch.
Just wondered if anyone else notices this and if so if perhaps how do people interpret what is happening.
Given it is 8:30 in the morning there seems to be a HELL of a lot of people signing that signature per minute, which seems rather odd.
And it will not solve your immigration problem. Further more in the continent we have bad experiences with that in the 1935 - 1945 period ..
I know it won't but the government are doing this as their current schemes are not working or not given a chance to work properly, and the country is so polarized there is little room for debates on the topic, we now have several weeks of party conferences that mean NO PM Questions aka questions and accountability.
@zleap that's an awful lot of confirmation emails for the petitions website to shift. I wonder how many are going to the same network address? If you discount the usual big targets like gmail / Microsoft, the analysis of that could tell about obvious 'burner' email addresses if it turns out that there's suddenly another 500000 email addresses at the same network address range.
Yeah. The numbers could be that the page counter refreshes every say 30 seconds . But there is still a LOT of activity.
