And a good reporter should try out things, so here I am... Via Fedilab Lite, which I just discovered on F-Droid.
It seems nice and this is smaller version, 12 MB download only.

Fedilab LITE version -- link Correction !
I did the two posts above from Fedilab Lite, which still not very familiar with it.
The LITE version page at F-Droid is on this location : https://f-droid.org/en/packages/app.fedilab.lite/
The Lite version is *NOT* listed at Google Play at this moment, or at least I can't find it on a search or under the author's other programmes page.
Compared to the full version, which I haven't used yet, this is less than half the size; might signal it's easier on battery life as well.

Was looking around in the Settings menus, which in the Lite version are simplified. Took some snapshots, my phone uses Portuguese as systems language.
Interesting, was able to increase maximum toot size to 3,000 characters.

Not that I would ever type that mu h on mobile, but it's the first client I tried that allows it, other than the mastodon web client, which gets the instance settings perfectly.
It looks nice, I would recommend it, and it does other Fedi tasks like video and music sharing too.
The counter on the bottom. Of the editor area already shows me near 600 characters on this post, and it's not. Locking me from sending it. YEY!
