So Signal is going to be uploading everyones contacts list onto their "cloud".
Apparently there's an opt-out option being worked on, but I don't think they're coming out at the same time.

Rather worrying coming from something that's supposed to be so privacy and security focused, but I can't say I'm shocked.
All centralised systems go this direction.
