Yep. I've just found myself unnerved too many times, on social media, by instances in which I've *seemed* to be in agreement with people, *seemed* to share a common set of understandings, only to find that our outlooks diverge wildly. This can happen IRL as well, of course, but it seems to happen to me more often online. So I feel more need to check explicitly here...

Thanks! Enfield's name keeps popping up in my reading but, I confess, I haven't actually read him yet. Maybe listening to the podcast will push me to do so.
The books listed on http://nickenfield.org/ certainly indicate that he's addressing the right questions within (IMO) frameworks likely to afford insights.
