For 1 year now I don't use any file explorers. I only use tools like cd, ls, etc. to get along. I tried a lot of GUI/CLI file explorers but never stuck with them for some reason
@Ghosty occasionally I will launch dolphin or nautilus because you to allows me to run a program by its association. However gnu-open or kde-open5 seems to handle such things. But I do like meld for directory comparisons. Does that count?
@Absinthe Yeah! I'm not saying that it's great to just use tools like cd. Most of the time it's better to just use a file explorer. I just forget that I have one. It's kind of a habit that I use cd, ls, etc.. It's not at good habit in my opinion!
(Conclusion: Using a file explorer is just better in many ways!)
