@omniumgatherum why does the most popular proposal that keeps popping up use #sulfur? Sulfur is horrible stuff to have up in the atmosphere! I do think our ultimate climate solution will have to involve some forms of artificial #CarbonCapture to restore balance, and I’m also open to albedo-increasing #geoengineering ideas as an emergency stopgap, but am I the only one who remembers the 80’s and SO2 raining acid, eroding ozone and poisoning lakes? Why not try something like #calcite?
