@TechNews last line needs to be its own article: “Out of that percentage, only 37 percent of the shrink was due to external theft, including organized retail crime.”
In other words: THE CALL IS COMING FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE. Y’all worked the country up about lawless gangs terrorizing the streets, turned out to be your own burned out employees. Maybe a little self-reflection why their morale is suffering so badly might be in order.
