@AmberWavesofFlame @alecstapp I don’t see the connection. China and Huawei developed an idea published in public domain by Arikan, developed it and developed their own 5G Infrastructure. Arikan did not go to China to help Chinese build upon his idea. He went back to Turkey. A published article is available for everyone for every country to develop the idea further and build on it. So what might have happened had Arikan stayed on in US? published more papers?
