@muskanity That makes no logical sense & even if #Ukraine 🇺🇦 had that capability, they would not execute that operation lest they risk the wrath of #Europe 🇪🇺.

@darnell @muskanity the Hersh narrative has been thoroughly debunked, although that by no means rules out the US being the cause. It seems to still be an open question, and the US is high if not at the top of the suspect list. It’s even possible that Hersh was strung along with bullshit specifically to ultimately discredit accusations against us; we’ve pulled that kind of stunt before. But I wouldn’t bother citing his report to clear Ukraine.
