This hit me today while talking with my co-workers about our work conditions the past several years. It was an epiphany, and I thought it was such powerful wisdom that surely there must be a quote from someone on the subject.

It turns out that I was right! There are numerous variations and quotes on this very concept, posted all over the internet. I’m finally starting to learn what others have already known.
