Annoying thing about Spanish language for the browser is that I'm still in the USA so I want things like number/currency amounts to render like normal even if the language is Spanish.

The current state of internationalisation and localisation is absolutely shit, especially in the cancer that is modern web.
Like, wherever possible I have my region set as Poland for units, currency etc, and language set to English (UK) because fuck the shitty outsourced or plain automatic Polish translations. Many websites and apps still either completely ignore the Polish region part and present to me pounds and gallons, or ignore that and the (UK) part and use the imperial system, as if every English-speaking person in the world lives in the Middle Ages.
