The longer I live the more I become convinced that conservatives are just human garbage. Consider that they generally believe bullying is *good*. Yes, really. This recent example from a *teacher* (!) is striking, but I see the same sentiment time and again from these people.

Some of said human garbage masquerades as "libertarian", but it's really the same thing. This specimen thinks I only oppose bullying because I'm a "nerd", and he thinks that's *funny*. This is the kind of behavior conservatives accept and even promote within their movement.

@adamasnemesis quick reminder that this kind of singling out a loud individual to represent an entire movement is the exact same mechanism by which lefties are commonly known as idiots. It’s not good either way.
@Amikke If it were just a few whackjobs showing up once in a blue moon (as is inevitable when any movement grows beyond a very small number of people) and the mainstream of the movement policed them, I wouldn't even be posting this.
Instead, what I see is this kind of behavior being committed on a regular basis, including from some of the movement's most prominent and well-respected people, with no real pushback. Given that, then yes, the movement as a whole deserves condemnation.
