@evan I couldn't care less about recognising other software and protocols, but reducing the entire Fediverse to "Mastodon" is firstly plain wrong and misleading whether they're talking about all fedi or only the mastodon part, and secondly disrespectful to everyone else maintaining the other options and their communities. Just call it the Fediverse, it ain't any more complicated.
