overcast is the worst weather

look, if it's windy, rainy, snowy, icy, etc, at least there is something to look at. something's happening here.
but overcast? it's just dull. there is absolutely nothing. nothing to cheer over.
no one walks outside and goes "finally, it's overcast! i've been waiting for this."
an edge case might be a photographer who's been waiting for a natural light source that's even, but... edge case.
@thor in places where summers are super hot (so in the modern day everything south of Norway lol) overcast is the perfect weather to be able to go out and do stuff without being drenched in sweat or rain.
@Amikke i mean, you'd think so, but at least in Oslo, it sucks with overcast weather in summer, because it's so humid. you're sweating inside your clothes.
@Amikke partially cloudy is pretty good. i'd agree that this is pretty good, almost wherever you are on the planet.
