@nixCraft Ahhh when I first heard PHP was becoming hollow (many years ago), I was a fool and believed the prediction, so I started to move towards Java from PHP. Things I learned:

- PHP is still very much used and it's actually getting better and better
- I was happier as a PHP developer than as a Java developer now
- My salary is still shit (it's a bit hard to estimate given the inflation and the fact that I moved to another country, but definitely no such increase as popular surveys show)
