@essie Adrafinil is a prodrug to it. It's not regulated anywhere that I know of.
@AmpBenzScientist uk has a blanket law which basically outlaws everything lol, rupharm takes paypal which does make me kinda wanna try em but it takes like forever to arrive so ehhhhh im iffy lol
