I work out at the gym three times a week with my gym buddy. I always dread going there beforehand, but I never regret it afterwards. Why is it like this?

@thor It's the endorphins released. It will get better and then comes the nutrition part. The worst part about weightlifting is eating a lot of clean food.

Hit the sauna before you begin your workout. I've found that it really helps with joints and warming up.
