@freemo I simply saw it as an attempt to normalize the practice of indicating preferred pronouns. I've done it myself in different contexts. Some people are just looking to be offended. "Look at you, wearing pants! Don't you realize many people don't have pants?!? How elitist!" - and we ignore that sort of trolling.
@Biggles In retrospec I can see how they might have mistaken it for mockery... but yea, you'd think they would ask rather than assume I guess.
