Well, this rips it, folks--I need to go shopping for a new Friendica instance because #FriendicaMyPortal became irretrievably effed up this evening. Everybody who follows my current Friendica account will have to follow an account on a different site. PM isn't even working over there anymore.
First chance I get I'm going to make a list of all my contacts, retrieve my content, and GTFO of #FriendicaMyPortal.

Looks like there aren't many active Friendica instances in the U.S. I was surprised to learn that #FriendicaMyPortal has only 11 active people--which might explain a LOT about its unreliability.
I've narrowed down the possibilities to 2, both in Kansas: Friendica Quebec and The Rogue Project.
